Physicist Speaks on Uniting Science and Genesis

Gerald Schroeder is a scientist with 30+ years of experience in research and teaching. He earned Doctorate degree in both Earth sciences and physics from MIT, spending 5 years on staff of the MIT physics department. Dr. Schroeder's formal theological training in biblical, talmudic and kabalistic interpretation includes 15 years of study under the late Rabbi Herman Pollack, Rabbi Chaim Brovender and Rabbi Noah Weinberg, of blessed memory.

Dr. Schroeder is the author of several books regarding the relationship between science and ancient biblical interpretation, such as Genesis and the Big Bang, The Science of God, The Hidden Face of God, and God According to God. He currently teaches at Aish HaTorah College of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem.
