Driving directions:

Travel south on Greenbriar until just before it merges with Fannin Street.
(MetroRail tracks make it impossible to simply turn left into the facility; if traveling north on Fannin keep left onto Greenbriar and U-turn at Old Spanish Trail.)

You will pass La Concha Lane, where you will see the ISH sign.

Turn right at the next street, where you can find visitor parking.

MetroRail directions:

Get off at the Reliant Stadium stop and travel north (Reliant should be on your left).

Three-tenths of a mile north of the Reliant stop, turn left into the unnamed street with a visitor entrance to the ISH facility.
